The new update that arrives later today for WildStar brings with it a whole host of news changes. As I understand from those who have been testing it, all for the better. The update highlights include:
1. Bay of Betrayal
2. Star-Comm Basin
3. Initialization Core Y-83
4. Contracts
5. Improved customisation options
The most exciting addition here is undoubtedbly contracts and Core Y-83. The former provides shorter, repeatable content that can be completed while working toward obtaining high-quality loot. Contracts can be obtained in each capital city and provide loads of PvP and PvE challenges. Where Y-83 is concerned, it doesn't require attunement and as a 20 man, it's manageable and considering its a “bite-sized” raid in which players will fight through an instance with a single boss encounter, the experience will be much quicker.
