Overkill: Talent redesigned. Now increases energy regeneration by 30% while stealthed, and for 20 seconds after breaking stealth.
This'll make starting your boss fights from stealth very important as a deep Assassination rogue, where as before it was just a slight advantage. This will also make you want to blow vanish the moment your initial 20 seconds runs out, giving you a full minute of 30% faster energy regeneration assuming a boss fight that lasts longer than 3 minutes. It'll be interesting to see what the final numbers are for Mutilate's new output... once the servers come back up that is!
