WoW Token Live On April 7th

The much debated WoW Token is hitting live servers on April 7 2015, allowing users to essentially purchase game time for gold.

The WoW Token is an in-game item that will allow players to exchange gold for game time. Players may purchase the tokens through the in-game Shop for real money, then resell the Token on the Auction House for in game gold. Until now, a release date for the Token has been uncertain. However, it seems the wait is over. According to a recent update, the WoW Token will be hitting the Americas (North America, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand) tomorrow; April 7th. Tokens will be available for purchase directly after maintenance has concluded (approximately 10 a.m. PDT.

Besides a release date, we have also gained some other important information about the Token:

WoW Tokens will be available for $20 USD/$25AUD. 30,000 Gold will be the Auction House starting price. Token purchases will be limited to 10 within a 30-day period to start. A delay may happen when putting Tokens up for sale on the Auction House.
