As promised, here are some more of the details on crafting changes in 3.3.3. Coupled with the new Frozen Orb trade-in vendor in Dalaran, these recipes should be very inexpensive to craft.
The changes coming in 3.3.3 will allow trade ins of 4, and 6 Frozen Orbs for Runed Orbs and Crusader orbs respectively. Runed and Crusader orbs will also still be obtainable by trading in Triumph and Conquest badges earned in heroics.
The cooldown timers on specialty cloth and titansteel transmutes are also being removed, reducing the cost to produce many of these items to a pittance. It could cost as little as 1,000 gold to craft item level 245 bracers, and little more to create 245 chests. Quite a deal!
I was struck by the nerf to the Executioner enchant, which removed the possibility of it activating more than once at the same time. Double proccing is very common behavior on dual wielding classes for enchants like Mongoose and Berserking, which are significantly more powerful to said classes. I was unaware that Executioner was even a valuable enchant to anyone anymore, but apparently there was something going on there. Executioner procs a 120 point bonus to Armor Penetration which is certainly powerful, but far outclassed by the 400 attack power granted by Berserking.
