Most MMOs seem to some kind of "/dance" emote, but there is seldom ever any danceable music playing in these games. That's not to say that guys like Jeremy Soule, Russel Brower, Chance Thomas and Inon Zur aren't making some memorable music - their scores are very good. But they don't have the sassy backbeat that inspires spontaneous dance.
Of course, bubblegum pop music from the sixties is better suited to some settings - and to some characters - than others...
