Hi-Rez Studios has announced that their free-to-play shooter Tribes: Ascend will enter closed beta on November 4th, 2011. The announcement comes from a Cyberlink interview with Hi-Rez Studios COO Todd Harris. Harris also touches on the classes of the game and additional ways that players can get into beta.
Closed beta testing registration is now open and fans can sign up through the Tribes: Ascend website. Check out our hands-on video of Tribes: Ascend for more coverage.
