Because a simple prank just won't do.
When I was growing up, I had a granddad (may he rest in peace) that was a bit of a prankster. He used some of the old time novelties like Whoopee Cushions, joy buzzers and just good old fashioned made you look ploys to have fun with the kids. And being kids, we often fell for it, and laughed at the others who did when we were smart enough not to. As I got older, I indulged in some creative pranking of my own and even once had my car filled with toilet paper (not used mercifully) and then wrapped up tight with Saran Wrap by one of my more comedic friends as an April Fools gag.
You may be wondering why I just told you about those few little instances of pranking from my own life, and the reason is quite simple. Despite my friends and family being the little pranksters that they are, there are those in this world that put their feeble endeavors to shame. When it comes to going that extra mile to really pull a fast one on some poor unsuspecting victim, they have nothing on Japan. And todays video will speak for itself on that account.
