• Auriel usually has one allied hero that is better at giving energy but don’t forget to switch your hat (Bestow Hope) when another hero throws their burst. Bestow Hope has a very short cooldown, allowing you to switch it on whatever hero is dealing the most damage at any specific time. Knowing when to switch your hat is crucial for maximizing your healing output.
• Auriel benefits greatly from her positioning due to her E. Positioning where you can land an E into a wall if an enemy hero steps up can save an allied hero’s life or even your own. She can also secure kills if you can position to follow up a CC chain.
• Auriel’s heroic, Crystal Aegis, allows her to save an ally from death much like Uther’s Divine Shield. Use it to deny enemy dive or just prolong an ally’s life.
