Collapsing Guilds and the effect on the server.
This discussion peaked my interest as it is one I have heard a lot as of late. The effect of losing a large guild can have an impact on a server, but losing multiple guilds can have an effect on the community that is very noticeable. How are the guilds on your server fairing? Tanking Diversity – A CRITICAL ISSUE
This is an older thread, but it still is a popular one. Diversity is an important part of every MMORPG and AoC is no different. This thread hits the diversity of the soldier class and the ability for each class in that archetype to tank mobs for a group successfully. Dacius offers up a detailed and well written original post and once you get past all the /sign comments the discussion gets pretty good.

Such as tonight's professional burglar. This guy busts out the glass to a building and heads in to help himself to some of the goodies inside. Unfortunately he is met with two problems. The first being two attack dogs and the second being his own entrance. I don't want to ruin it for you so give it a look.
