Ralsu loves being a bard in Dungeons & Dragons Online. He seems to have a control complex. Well, the DDO bard spells only make his "type A" personality worse, and the 4th level bard spells offer some of the best crowd control spells in the game.

"Bards who enjoy crowd control should be pleased with Dominate Person and Hold Monster. Both have long durations and good effects. These two become easy choices for the two 4th level spell slots a bard will have by the time he is Level 10."
