Developers of far future sci-fi RPGs tend to have a tough time making players feel familiar with their universe. Hi-Rez Studios has plenty of time to introduce players to the world of Global Agenda, but to start setting the tone they've sent over an enjoyable short story by their writer Nathan Knaack.

"The Utopian" introduces us to Steven Lesuvo, a standout student in the densely populated city of Commonwealth Prime. The Commonwealth seems to have the city in a bureaucratic vise grip, but the young Lesuvo may be key in peeling back the layers of this seeming utopia to reveal a mystery of world-rending proportions.
