Bad news for Fantasy Earth Zero (FEZ) fans came to light this week. In a recent announcement on the FEZ website, Gamepot USA and Square Enix announced that the game will effectively cease its service on March 21st, 2011, falling just short of a year from its launch last May. A full schedule of the game's shut down has been posted to the official FEZ website. A farewell message has also been posted from GM Pasta to the community. Players can still log in and game with friends until the servers go dark on March 21st, but as it appears for the moment, the forums are closed and the clock is ticking.
