Rift's 1.1 update will advance the storyline of the Rift saga and tonight is your chance to get a sneak peek at what's in store with the 1.1 update. Trion has posted new details about the "River of Souls" world event that will be held on Rift's Alpha server tonight in which Alsbeth, bride of Regulos, will attempt to crush Telara with her forces in an epic battle in Stillmoor.
The event will take place today at 5:00pm PST. Leveling merchants will be available in Meridian and Sanctum for players to boost up and be ready for the fight. You can download the Alpha client by following these instructions.
