Some players of Wizard101 may have experienced some item and progression loss over the weekend and KingsIsle Entertainment has released a statement acknowledging the issue and asks for patience as they investigate and work to resolve the issue.
Id like to address everyone who experienced a loss of items or progress in the last two days.
We are wholly aware of the issue that effected some players over the weekend. We ask you to have just a bit of patience as we are investigating and will be addressing your specific situation as soon as possible.
