Star Vault AB announced today that their upcoming MMORPG, Mortal Online, will be entering open beta on February 1st, 2010. The announcement may seem a little confusing at first glance, but what it comes down to is that players will be able to register and play for free during the open beta until the game moves into Gold status, at which time the subscription fees will kick in.
