Just a heads up for those that play on Guk. There are chat issues on this server, and here is what Grimwell had to say about it:

Players on Guk may experience intermittent problems with the chat and mail systems today. In some cases people are getting stuck in the process of using the in-game mail system. If this happens to your character, you can use the command ‘/cancel_mail’ to break the action and escape the wrath of the bug. The dev team is aware of this issue and updates on its state will follow in this thread. Thanks for your understanding.
