are, I think), you enjoy the

I'm not sure what makes a great
guild name, but looking through PlayerScore realm scoreboards for
guilds, we can make a few generalizations about what's popular:

So, since I had some fun poking
through the guild lists, here's my weekend challeng to you: put
together your list of five favorite guild names in the
href="http://forums.tentonhammer.com/showthread.php?t=53699">Loading
forum,
and I'll send the poster with what I judge to be the best list a prize
pack complete with a Ten Ton Hammer t-shirt and 2 choice selections
from the prize closet (it's actually a pretty full closet with games,
game time cards, t-shirts, swag, and more, and I'll let the winner
choose his or her prizes).
The rules are basic: 1) all
guild names need a PlayerScore link to verify, 2) no repeats - once its
posted, it's yours. If this one goes well, we might do another on
player names next week, 3) post your entry in the
href="http://forums.tentonhammer.com/showthread.php?t=53699">Loading
forum - you
can enter more than once, but please make separate posts so we can
judge entries individually (5 guild names per post).
A couple hints: the top 100
guilds on each server are listed using the filter dropdown
href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/playerscore/scoreboards/guild">here,
so a good way to start is by picking a random server and paging through
the names. Old servers seem to take names more seriously, but the
quirkier the
realm name, the quirkier the guild names tend to be.

their CE boxes discovered that the included tumber was not only moldy
