The game assets from whats left of 38 Studios go on the auction block November 14th and 15th according to a post from Heritage Global Partners. The key assets up for sale include the Kingdoms of Amalur IP, which includes sequel rights, early design and concept work, and the unfinished MMORPG codenamed Copernicus. Additionally the strategy game series Rise of Nations, Rise of Legends, the XBLA title Catan, and in-house tech such as the Big Huge Games Engine will also be up for grabs.
