Posted Thu, Apr 19, 2012 by Martuk

Turbine is giving players a little extra incentive to join a guild for the impending launch of Dungeons & Dragons Online’s (DDO) new Forgotten Realms themed expansion, Menace of the Underdark. Starting today and continuing through June 14th, players that choose to join a guild can gain bonuses and in-game items through each week of the event. Returning players can join a guild and earn 10% XP and +1 to Loot for grouping with fellow guild members along with Large Bounties (25,000 Guild Renown and five Astral Diamonds) for reaching levels 12 and 16, and 2 Bounties for reaching level 20. Additionally, those already in a guild will earn +5% XP and +1 to Loot while grouped with fellow guild members along with a Small Bounty (2,500 Guild Renown) for reaching levels 12, 16 and 20.

Turbine will also be handing out rewards to selected guile members and guilds throughout each week of the event that include XP Potions, Guild Renown Elixirs, Loot Boosts, Astral Diamonds and even a level 85 Stormglory Skyliner Airship to one lucky guild.

Visit the Build Your Guild event page for all the details. DDO’s Menace of the Underdark expansion is scheduled to launch on June 25th, 2012.
