Star Trek Online at Ten Ton Hammer

The Ten Ton Hammer "Star Trek Online Season 1: Common Ground" contest is operated by Master Games International, Inc.

Entrants acknowledge and agree that, by participating in The Ten Ton Hammer "Star Trek Online Season 1: Common Ground" contest, they have read and understand the official contest rules, and that they will abide by the official contest rules.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:

Entries to The Ten Ton Hammer "Star Trek Online Season 1: Common Ground" contest can be submitted between Thursday, March 25th, 2010 and Friday, April 2nd, 2010. Entries can be submitted online by visiting http://www.tentonhammer.com/giveaways/STOSeason1, entering required information, and clicking submit.

Online entries will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. Master Games International, Inc. is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or any reason whatever, whether within or beyond the control of Master Games International, Inc. or its agents or employees. Ten Ton Hammer Premium Members in good standing that submit an entry (matching their registered email account) will receive 10 chances to win (accorded by the executors of this contest prior to the drawing), while non-premium members will receive one chance per account.

Entrants may submit one entry. Due to the volume of entries, Master Games International, Inc. may not acknowledge receipt of entries, and entrants should not expect such acknowledgment. Fradulent or duplicate entries will be deleted. In the case of duplicate entries, the original entry will also be deleted.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

(a) The contest is open only to residents of the United States or Canada. Canadian residents may be responsible for customs, duties, or other non-shipping related emcumbrances to receive their prize(s).

(b) The contest is open only to adults 18 years of age or older.

(c) Master Games International, Inc. employees, its affiliated advertising/public relations agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter or win.

3. SELECTING THE WINNER:

Names of the winners will be selected at random every day from from March 29th, 2010 to April 2nd, 2010 at noon EDT from the entries received on or prior to that date and time.

Prizes will be awarded as follows (see below for prize descriptions):

• Monday, March 29th: Second Prize, 2x Third Prizes

• Friday, April 2nd: Grand Prize

Please allow 2-4 weeks for prize delivery. Ten Ton Hammer is not responsible for damage or theft incurred during shipment.

The winners will be posted online at a link to the Ten Ton Hammer forums posted at http://www.tentonhammer.com/giveaways/STOSeason1. Decisions of Master Games International, Inc. with respect to the contest are final and not subject to appeal. The winner will be contacted by their registered e-mail by a Master Games International, Inc. representative on or before April 2nd to ascertain shipping details. If any winner cannot be located within 72 hours, a substitute winner will be selected by repeating the original selection process. The name of the winners will be posted on http://www.tentonhammer.com/giveaways/STOSeason1.

5. CONDITIONS:

(a) No purchase necessary.

(b) The contest is void where prohibited or where restricted by U.S., international, federal, state or local law.

(c) Entrants are required to provide truthful information. Master Games International, Inc. will reject and delete any entry (on-site, Internet, or mail-in) that it discovers to be false or fraudulent or to contain any incorrect statement.

(d) Contest entries become property of Master Games International, Inc. and will not be returned.

(e) Entrants declare that the entry is submitted by them and not by a third person on their behalf.

(f) Master Games International, Inc. will be permitted to use the entry without further notice or approval of the contest winner.

(g) No royalties are payable to the contest winner for Master Games International, Inc.'s use of the entry(if any) and no further consideration will be provided to the contest winner (other than prizes).

(h) Entrants in the contest, the winner and their guests agree to have their names, voices, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and will sign a publicity release to that effect. Contest winner may be required to sign a liability/publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. Pursuant to the liability/publicity release, the winner will agree to hold Master Games International, Inc., its affiliated companies and officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

(i) Master Games International, Inc. is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, loss or delay of mail, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the sponsors, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submission which may damage a user's system or limit an entrant's ability to participate in the contest. Master Games International, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the contest.

(j) Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest, but in no event attorney's fees.

(k) Master Games International, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, but shall in no event be obligated, to cancel, terminate or suspend part or all of this contest should viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, loss by any cause of mailed-in entry forms or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest or for any other reason.

(l) Master Games International, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equal or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement and Master Games International, Inc. shall incur no liability with respect to such changes.

(m) Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in an entrant's disqualification at the sole discretion of Master Games International, Inc.

(n) The Ten Ton Hammer "Star Trek Online Season 1: Common Ground" contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. Entrants in the contest, the winners and their guests agree irrevocably to conform to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of such State and hereby waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.

(n) Ten Ton Hammer Premium Members in good standing that submit an entry will receive 100 chances to win, while non-premium members will receive one chance per account. Fradulent or duplicate entries will be deleted.

(o) Prizes are not transferrable.

(p) All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer.

(q) The contest is being operated solely by Master Games International, Inc and not Reakktor Media GmbH. Any issues/disputes arising as a result of this contest will be handled by Master Games International, Inc. Participants are not to contact Reakktor Media GmbH regarding this contest.

(r) Game time may not be applied to existing accounts but characters created on these special accounts may be transferred to an existing Neocron 2 account after expiration of the free game time.
