Begin by heading southwest to Veil Lithic which is located around 24,71. Once there look around for Crused Eggs. Use them as any other ground based object until the quest is complete (hint: try using one that just spawned). Return back to where the quest was given, turn it in, then pickup the quest "Veil Shalas: Signal Fires".
