Age of Conan Hyborian Adventures offers a great assortment of Player vs Player (PvP) action, but few experiences in the game compare to the massive PvP siege experienced within the Border Kingdoms. If your guild decides to make a push into the Border Kingdoms and establish a battle keep they will eventually have to defend it against an attacking guild. Trying to learn the siege mechanics as you go will not always cut it and against an experienced attacker you could soon find a burning pile of dust where your keep use to be. Let Ten Ton Hammer prepare you for war. Join us as we examine the mechanics of massive siege PvP defense and how you can guard against an invading army.

If your guild decides to take control of a battle keep within the Border Kingdom you will inevitably have to defend it. In order to successfully defend against a siege you need to know the basics of defending your battle keep and keeping the enemy at bay as you maintain a point lead and try to wait out the siege attack window. Have some scouts keep a check on any areas near your Border Kingdom entrance in case a guild decides to launch an attack at the last minute rather than declaring early. If one does attack, you will be given a message, but don't get caught with your pants down. Always expect an attack and then you are never surprised or unorganized when it comes.
