The Undying Court is a group of
elves who have become a form of positive energy undead, or more
properly, undying.  Not being driven to evil, being able to turn
undead, they rule over and advise their living kin, and in turn are
worshipped like gods by their nation.  A servan of the undying is
a guard or envoy of the undying court, one who fulfills the tasks the
undying have in their interests, and otherwise serve their race.



A servant of the undying is a href="http://ddo.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=461">ranger/cleric
hybrid, with the ability to resurrect and raise (despite not being of
the appropriate level).  They also are accomplished archers, as
good or better than many human rangers in their ability with their bows.



In combat, they are better off keeping their distance, href="http://ddo.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=463">buffing
themselves if they must go into combat.  Their turn href="http://ddo.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=36">undead
ability is too weak for the likes of stormreach, but they have divine
light and divine cleansing for use of their turn abilities
instead.  They are great foes of the Drow and Undead, since the
drow are found often on Xendrik (where an emissary of the Undying has
been sent, if you play DDO) and the undead (who are the arch foe of the
Undying, being quite the opposite).
