This isn't a lengthy guide, but it is a quick tip for anyone struggling to jump onto their server when they get home. Unfortunately this only works for PC players and based on the number of Conan Exiles fans I've spoken to, many don't seem to use this method. Although it won't gaurentee you access to your server, its resulted in me only having to wait around 30 minutes to get in. 

1. Open Steam

2. Select View

3. Select Servers

4. Select your favorite server and press Connect

5. If it's full select Auto-Retry > "Join the server as soon as a player slot is available".

Once you've done this, leave the window open and go and make yourself a cup of tea. The moment any player vacates the server, your game will load and you'll jump right in.
