Ten Ton Hammer's DDO Page has a new custom build out today: The Warforged Captain.

When House Cannith started sending warforged units to war for other
houses, at first they used non warforged leaders. Mostly these would be
members of the customer house, but it is not unreasonable to premise
that a seasoned warrior who was accustomed to and used to leading
warforged would assist the customer house in leading the warforged
units. And so the warforged captain came into being.
