Ered Luin Epic Book: Prologue
Guide to Elven and Dwarven Epic
The epic quests for Ered Luin are the prologue
quests for elves and dwarves in the LOTRO story. A missing son of
a prominent elf in Celondim leads to the discovery of what appears to
be a plot to cause conflict between the elves and dwarves of Ered
Luin. This plot being discovered, the instigators of this plot,
the Dourhand Dwarves are defeated and their leader, Skorgrim Dourhand
escapes. In the process of completing this series of quests,
you fight groups of Dourhand Dwarves, many goblins, and have a lot of
fun uncovering this plot. The Dourhand Dwarves and goblins fought
while doing these quests are not extremely tough, but they can be a
real pain in the butt
since they will often interrupt your timed effects such as using a bow,
There are three instances in these quests. All require key
figures who are assisting you to stay alive. In all these cases,
you should bring at least three fellowship members (including yourself)
to survive these quests and keep the assisting npc alive.
