These wolves, like many others, are opportunists. If they see you as weak, the pack will come after you. If they think you are strong, they might not. The final decission will depend on how badly they outnumber you.

Wolves in general are not considered a threat to Rome, and these wolves are no exception. Kill them if you must, but don't expect to reap great rewards in doing so.
