Welcome to Ten Ton Hammer's, Gods & Heroes Minion FAQs! Quite a mouthful, neh? Much like the game itself, this FAQ is still developing as more information becomes available, so check back often to find the updates!

Minions? You mean like those stupid hirelings in Guild Wars that hurt me more than helped?

Yes, and no. The minions are much smarter in Gods & Heroes than the ones in Guild Wars. These minions have a superior AI in every sense of the word. From knowing when to use certain abilities to actually following orders, these are the next generation of hireable NPCs.

So they're smart. We get, what, maybe a dozen?

Nope! In fact, there's well over 130 minions to collect, and some of those you can only get through some special quests.

Special quests?

Yes! Your chosen god, among others, will present you with quests that, upon completion, will grant you one of these special minions!

Sounds like fun, but how many can I actually use?

The current limit is 4 at max level, and that's likely to be the number used at release.

Four? What the heck am I supposed to do with the rest?

That's what your camp is for. For more information on camps, check out our Camp FAQs!

Okay, so I'll take "Low-Level Healer" and "Low-Level Nuker" with me...

Not in this game you won't! These minions have their own names and even personalities. Hopefully they aren't too mouthy ;)

Mouthy? You mean they're going to do whatever they want?

Absolutely not. You have full control of them, and can even give them specific instructions, tell them how aggressive to be, and decide what formation everyone will travel in.

Sounds complex. This could be a lot of fun.

Could you rephrase that as a question?
