"The Fastest Path to 60!"
In this part of the guide we venture into the dark and foreboding Swamp of Sorrows. The zone is crisscrossed with lakes, ponds and bogs. Also you can find the temple of Atal'hakkar sunken into the lake in the eastern end of the zone.
You should be 41 upon entering the zone. Through questing alone you will be able to leave the zone at level 42 at which point we will return to Stranglethorne Vale yet again.

The first step is getting to Stonard. To get there travel north from Stranglethorn Vale through Duskwood and then east into the Swamp of Sorrows. Along the way stop at 87,35 in Duskwood to get "Nothing but the Truth", turn it and and get the second part., then continue into the Swamp. |

| Once in the swamp take an immediate turn north to complete "Nothing but the Truth" at 6,32. | |

Travel south back to the path and follow it east to find Noboru. You should find him around 32,44. Kill him and pickup Noboru's Cudgel to start the quest "Noboru the Cudgel". Once you have the cudgel travel back to 26,31to turn it in and get "Draenethyst Crystals", then travel along the south path past the fork into the Blasted Lands to the town of Stonard. |

While in Stonard make sure you learn the flightpoint and get the following quests: "Fresh Meat", "Lack of Surplus" and "Little Morsels". Also turn in the "Report to Helgrum" quest that you got in the Badlands and get the followup the "Pool of Tears". |

| Travel to the Temple of Atal'hakkar in the middle of the lake to the east and collect the artifacts in the water around the temple to complete "Pool of Tears". | |
| Travel south to 81,81 to turn in "Lack of Surplus" and then get the second part in the chain and complete it in the swamp to the north along the coast. Anywhere near 85,60 or north to 53,50 are good spots. | |
| Move to the coast east of you to complete "Nothing but the Truth" and "Fresh Meat". | |
| From here travel to the end of the northern path in the zone to finish "Draenethyst Crystals" and "Little Morsels" near 53,29. | |
| Return to 81,81 to turn in "Lack of Surplus" and get "Threat from the Sea". Then move east to complete it along the coast and return. | |
| When you turn in "Threat from the Sea" you get "Continued Threat" and then return to Stonard. | |
| Turn in all your quests in town and accept "The Atal'ai Exile". | |

You should be at or near level 42. If you have not hit level 42 yet, head back into the swamp to grind out the remaining few bars. Once you are level 42 fly south, back to Grom'gol in Strangelthorn Vale. |
