World of Warcraft is constantly evolving, balancing and just flat out changing. With the Patch 3.1 changes, all characters received a refund of their talent points. One short week later another patch was deployed. Just after that Patch 3.1.1 was delivered to the live servers with yet another round of talent point refunds. As we hope the dust has settled, the latest changes have been incorporated into our level by level talent point allocation. Regardless of which tree you enjoy playing, this handy guide will point you in the right direction for spending those points as you level up. Of course one of the biggest talent point questions went away with Patch 3.1:

Blessing of Kings (BoK) is now a learned spell from Paladin trainers, so you don't have to spend 5 precious points on it. Now you're better off putting points into Divinity which will increase healing done by you and to you by 5%. That is an easy 5% boost to your healing.

Of course you don't have to spend those point on healing to or for you, you can spend them elsewhere. Read on to find out how and where to spend those points.
