If you’re going full Arcane then there is a way to make it work but it requires a bit of tricky play. The first thing to note is that the talent Missile Barrage will make your Arcane Missiles spell do a massive amount of damage by increasing the rate the missiles fire and lowering the duration. So your rotation would be Arcane Blast up to three times and then Arcane Missiles. If Missile Barrage procs you'll see a bit of a boost in DPS and if it doesn't then start the rotation over again.
