Announced today by Team Archon and team owner Jason "Amaz" Chan, the Team League Championships will begin on July 1st, and will feature some of the top teams, including Cloud9, Team Liquid, and Tempo/Storm.

We don't have all of the details yet, but there's one thing we do know: the tournament will feature a whopping $250,000 prize pool, a hefty amount for any game. In fact, it's the same prize pool as the 2014 Hearthstone World Championship, which is quite impressive, given that is the record for largest prize pool in a Hearthstone event. 

An official player list has not yet been announced, but it's safe to say that plenty of high-profile names will be competing. There are no open qualifiers, making this an invitational-only event.
