Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures (AoC) Game Director Craig 'Silirrion' Morrison has posted his November "Monthly Development Update” detailing the planned deployment of the 2.1 update for AoC. Since the update is so big, Funcom has decided to break it down into series of updates. The first of which will deploy in December.
Some of the new content will include a new PvP minigame and changes to the PvP queuing system. But Funcom also stuck a little something extra in the proverbial stocking with a new Winter Festival seasonal event. The new event will be detailed more in a future update, but the short of it is that players will need to help the Aesir celebrate the winter solstice by helping them defend the festivities from the Vanir. Plenty of seasonal rewards can be earned for taking part in the event. But if PvP and seasonal fun isn't your thing don't worry, there will also be new raids, instances and solo content coming soon for you to enjoy. Check out the latest update for all the details.
