Guild Wars 2 data miner, the_shaman, has once again uncovered some interesting assets that look Super Adventure Box related. Added when the Heart Of Thorns Beta was pushed to the game client, the assets look low polygon and entirely at odds with standard Guild Wars 2 models.

Now that April fool's is over I feel like I can post this model (found in the beta patch) without getting your hopes up for SAB returning on this specific day.

To keep this post short and to the point: as mentioned many times before by Anet SAB will return one day and it looks like they're working on new stuff as well.

The insect is scaled next to an Asura and it's pretty obvious that it's not only big in size, but would fit right in with existing Super Adventure Box enemies. Does this mean that ArenaNet are secretly working on new Super Adventure Content? I suspect so. They've always said that they'd return to it and there's every chance they are slowly but surely adding to future worlds. I have to admit that when Super Adventure Box first arrived, I absolutely adored it. Its second world however didn't blow me away and it felt particularly unfair at times.
