Blizzard updated their policies today with the following announcement:

World of Warcraft Policies Updated
We have posted our new Exploitation Policy and updated our Harassment Policy. For a list of all our policies, go here. All World of Warcraft players are expected to follow these policies. Thanks for making World of Warcraft a great place for everyone!
