Agency has reported that he Chinese government has added another level
of oppression to its citizens by announcing style="text-shadow: none;"

target="_blank">that minors will no longer be able to
purchase items in online games microtransaction shops. The
new regulations go into effect on Aug. 1st and also include time
limitations, a requirement that all user register with their real
names, and a ban on "unwholesome" content.
