Blizzard has finally added a catch up mechanic for people who are behind on their legendary rings. WarcraftDevs twitter has just announced that you'll now be able to purchase the legendary ring upgrades with valor points.

Players who have acquired the most powerful rewards from Khadgar's Legendary questline may now purchase Crystallized Fel from (1/2)

Zooti Fizzlefury in Talador or Dawn-Seeker Krisek in Tanaan Jungle for 1250 Valor (2/2)

There are plenty of ways to earn valor right now and our tips on earning valor will help point you to some of the best and fastest sources to get your ring upgrades fast and efficiently.

These previously only dropped off Arhicmonde normal+ which locked the upgrade process into a 20 week catch up that often made it difficult to recruit potential applicants if their ring progress was many weeks behind. This change should help recruiting a ton. Especially those playing more than 1 spec since the 20 week grind was PER SPEC.

This will also for first time allow access to upgrade for those who only raid at the LFR level and have not conquered archimonde on higher difficulties yet.
