DC universe Online has jumped on the microtransaction bandwagon according to a recent announcement from Sony Online Entertainment. Some of the items currently available include Proto Repair-Bots for easy repairs and Vault Tickets, which allow players extra access to the Vault instance.

The addition of microtransactions is not surprising given SOE already uses the Station Marketplace extensively for other titles in its library such as EverQuest II and Free Realms. Details on the new Marketplace additions are still a bit scarce so stay tuned and we'll update you with any new relevant information.
