Free Realms or DC Universe Online Playstation 3 players may have to wait to get their MMOG fix for a while. The Playstation Network has suffered massive outages today and according to the Playstation blog it could be between 1-2 days before service is restored. According to a report from G4TV, Sony had not ruled out the outage as part of a possible cyber attack in their earlier report, which has since been edited.

If the outage turns out to be part of a cyber attack, it could possibly be tied to their ongoing feud with the hacker group Anonymous, which ignited following Sony's lawsuit against hacker George "GeoHot" Hotz over his jailbreaking code for the Playstation 3.
