Just over a year after its official launch, Dragon Age Legends is coming to an end. EA recently announced that it will be shutting down support and access for the social Dragon Age spin-off on June 18th, 2012 on Facebook and Google+.

As the game comes to a close, EA has kicked off a fire sale on all items in the game’s store for any Crowns that players may have left over. Be advised, after the game closes in June, none of the currency will be refundable or transferable to other titles. EA will also be providing a free downloadable version of the game to players once Dragon Age Legends goes offline.

Develop reports that according to a BioWare spokesperson, Dragon Age Legends is shutting down because it “doesn’t make enough revenue to sustain itself.”
