I've been meaning to get around to a Gigantic news dump but have been too busy playing it or writing Hero guides to find the time. Fortunately and with only one Hero guide remaining (the elusive Wu) I thought it was about time I started.

First on my list is a video from Teldo. If you've ever followed Guild Wars 2, there's every chance you've heard of him (he's rather incredible with the Engineer). His beginners guide to Tripp complete with commentary is not only incredibly easy to watch, but highlights why Gigantic has so much potential. Better still, it perfectly demonstrates the combat, the skill involved with individual Hero's and importantly, the nuances to the gameplay. It's also a relief to watch a video where the individual commentating doesn't have an annoying voice or feign excitement. Is there anything worse?

Next on the list is the "Top 5 Plays" that was aired during this weeks Clash Course. Submitted by Beta players and with commentary provided by FourthOracle it's incredibly polished and a lot of fun to watch. All of the Top 5 plays are absolutely brilliant and building on what I said previously, further highlight Gigantic's potential. You'll be able to watch more from the team bringing these videos over at www.rematchgg.com which should be going live in a few days.

As a final piece of news and in the event that you missed it, the Gigantic Clash Course covered Uncle Sven this week. If you've never watched an episode of Clash Course, I'd honestly recommend you do. Thor who hosts the shows is absolutely brilliant and is incredibly infectious with his enthusiasm. It's also brilliant to see the original concept art behind each Hero and listen to the developers talk about the design process. On top of all that, there's a dollop of gameplay to finish. Well worth an hour of your time.

Oh and before I forget, hopefully you should see me streaming Gigantic alongside some other players very soon! Stay tuned.
