Square Enix has launched update 1.19 for Final Fantasy XIV and the latest update brings new content, lots of squashed bugs, several changes, a new event and a hot-tempered Ifrit. To help ease new players into the game, new tutorials have been added to help teach players the basics.

1.19 also includes new options for Grand Companies, new Caravan Security missions, airship transport, chocobos and new dungeons. But one of the more anticipated aspects of this update is the two battles for primal Ifrit, which players can take on the smaller 4-person version at level 25 and above and the harder 8-person mode at level 45 and above.
