IGG is in the money.

IGG, the publisher of several free-to-play MMOs, has announced that it has secured 4.5 million USD to continue developing and publishing new games.

The company will use the money "to expand global sales and marketing, to implement strategic plans, and to further the development of more innovative and entertaining games," according to a statement, while existing games will be localised further.

The company, which launched in 2006, is responsible for a six titles to date, including Myth War Online and Zu Online (pictured), and claims over 3.5 million registered users, although it's not clear if that figure relates to total numbers, or just active users.
