Gold selling is bad, okay?

What if you could buy gold legitimately? That's what this week's Topic of the Week is all about. Micropayments are when you pay real world cash (usually in small mounts) for an item or service in game. What if Blizzard ran a program that let you buy gold or double XP scrolls? You may be asking yourself how does this apply to World of Warcraft? Let’s imagine for an instance that instead of gold selling being against the rules and highly immoral it was a legitimate practice and handled through Blizzard. Let’s say for two USD you could buy a new jewel or for five USD get a special scroll that grants you double XP for several hours.
