With just one day left until December, Blizzard has kept their promise and released the latest World of Warcraft pets, Lil’ Ragnaros and the ever so adorable Moonkin Hatchling! The company also confirmed that, as I postulated a couple of weeks ago, 50% of the money from Moonkin Hatchlings purchased between now and December 31st will be going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

As with the other pets released into the Pet Store, both the Moonkin Hatchling and Ragnaros cost $10/€10 each. Once you redeem the code, the pets are sent to all your toons on that Battle.net account via in-game mail and the kind of moonkin you get depends on your faction. Also worth noting is how big the Lil’ Ragnaros is, I recently rolled a female dwarven mage and the Littlest Firelord stands at her height which is just a little bit scary. I’m guessing that means he’ll be towering over gnomes and goblins! So what are you waiting for? Go buy them now!
