According to Phantasy Star Online's Twitter, Open Beta is set to begin March 17 for XBox One players. The PC version of the game, is still set to launch in Spring 2020. 

Sega confirmed that in the coming days, more information will be arriving in regards to the Open Beta. Despite the Spring launch for PC,  Microsoft's Phil Spencer has confirmed that it's also coming to all platforms. For many years in Japan, the game has been available for the PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch via a streamable version.
