Patience, Impatience, Attention to detail, new, experienced. What qualities matter most?

There has been a lot of talk on our forums lately about Beta testers, open Betas, and if people think they should be in the Beta. I think that many of us would love to be in the Beta, but unfortunately so far we can't all be in it.
