Talent Reset coming with The Burning Crusade

Blizzard confirmed this week that there will be a complete reset of talents when the Burning Crusade is released, as shown my this forum clip:

As mentioned before, when The burning Crusade comes out, due to the number of changes all talents will be reset. However. Players will not have their respec costs diminished after that first free respec.
