Wander is going to use the infamous CryEngine, as announced today. If you don't know what Wander is, it's an MMO for the PC and PS4 that's... very friendly. It's the let's have a beer kind of friendly. It's the super friendliest friendly of all friendly MMOs. Basically it's an MMO that has exploration. No combat, no competitive aspects, just wandering around with friends finding new and neat things. The CryEngine is going to help make this game awesome (at least everyone hopes) on the basis that it should help make sure the game is super pretty.

In the last post we talked about lots of the things we have planned for this year. We have big plans to add to our fantastic narrative while making Wander look and sound great. We needed a game engine that could help us achieve that. We're happy to announce that we're now using CRYENGINE® FreeSDK. We're really excited about what we will be able to achieve.
