Now you have no excuse-- go check it out.

The Dungeons and Dragons Online team has launched a new program which allows players to download a free ten-day trial of the game, which is great for players who have always wanted to check it out but have never gotten around to buying it.

If you're bored of hitting kobolds in World of Warcraft, you can go and hit them instead in Dungeons and Dragons Online: Stormreach - for free.

Codemasters has unleashed a ten-day free trial of the Turbine-developed MMO into Europe, and it's only a measly 3.42GB download.

You can read more about it at CVG.

A horribly-abused system from gaming's past is all but eradicated from current titles.
